I do this to myself every time.

But @emma.guyer + @cameronguyer  wedding? Made it especially hard.

@dztaurora didn’t need a tutu to shut down the Los Angeles Metro.

She just needed to show up as herself — and let the technique do the rest.

That’s the session I want
At one point during this shoot, the groom looked at me and asked what I wanted him to do.

I said: I just want you to be a human being human.

That’s always the answer. And these two? They didn’t need any more direction on connection than
I planted a garden this week.

My daughter calls me a black thumb. She’s not wrong. Last year I was so excited and so confident and almost everything died. It was a little defeating if I’m honest.

But here I am again. Hands in the dirt.

@hannahlaski said that. And honestly, I couldn’t have said it better myself.
